The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) revised these regulations and released the final rule in February 2024. THis webinar reviews these changes, with a spefic focus on those that are particularly relevant to those living in recovery housing.
