Kwinoja Kapiteni, MPH, PMP
Kwinoja has extensive experience coordinating and managing health research projects, ranging from social & behavioral health to clinical studies, both in the US and globally. Her introduction to the field of substance use disorder (SUD) research was through UCSF Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies where she worked on the evaluation of a tobacco control program for patients receiving SUD treatment.
Kwinoja joined ARG to support Dr Mericle’s project on Infrastructure for Studying Treatment & Addiction Recovery Residences (ISTARR), and to support Dr Kerr on the National Alcohol Research Center grant and NIAAA (T32) Training Program. Kwinoja received a Master of Public Health from UC, Berkeley with a concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
